On November 1, 2024 we will announce the biggest ARCA rebranding since its start in 1998, and the first new logo since 2013.
The first ARCA logo was created in 1998, while most of the team members were still students at aerospace engineering, followed shortly by a new logo in 1999.
From 1999 to 2010 there was no logo change and the team didn’t have a clearly defined brand identity.
In 2010 we adopted a new, simpler, more modern design for our logo made by a professional branding company. The three stars from the old logo as well as the ARCA text remained, but with a different shape and font.
However in 2013, we felt that there was a need for a little more industrial approach in our logo and the font changed once more, remaining the same until today.
Since 2013 we predominantly used the dark blue color in our logo and occasionally, during the missions with the Navy the orange and white logo. The rockets were always painted in white with various added colors, as green for the EcoRocket logo and engine, and orange for the Launch Assist System (LAS) aerospike engine.
This year we felt that the's the need for a major overhaul of the ARCA brand with a new logo design and adoption of a new color scheme across all our hardware line.
On November 1 we will witness not only the first logo change since 2013, but the biggest rebranding in the history of ARCA.
